Something brought you here — maybe it’s a relationship that left you questioning yourself, a faith you’re no longer sure fits, a life chapter that just closed, or a version of yourself you’re trying to find again.
Whatever it is, you don’t have to carry it alone.I specialize in working with (women who are rebuilding after emotionally destructive or narcissistic relationships— people who gave a lot of themselves and are now working to reclaim their voice, their sense of reality, and their own identity. This work is some of the most meaningful I do, and I approach it with both steadiness and deep respect for how disorienting that kind of healing can be.
I also support people navigating religious trauma and faith deconstruction — the grief, the identity shifts, the loss of community, and the complicated task of figuring out what you want to keep and what you need to leave behind. This is a nuanced space, and I hold it without judgment. Beyond those core areas, I work with individuals facing major life transitions: becoming a parent, going through divorce, launching kids into adulthood, starting over, or simply arriving at a season where the old map no longer applies.
My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I’m an active participant in sessions — I don’t just listen quietly and reflect back. I help you slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and connect the patterns from your past to the way you’re showing up today. I draw from Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Parts Work (IFS-informed), and attachment-based frameworks to get to the root of what’s keeping you stuck. My path to this work started on the other side of the couch, in a season of my own life that felt unsustainable. That experience deeply shapes how I show up — with genuine respect for your story, and a steady belief in your capacity to heal.I work with: individuals, adults, women navigating relationship recovery, parents and co-parents, people in spiritual transition, and those facing grief and loss.I’m available: in-person at Mission Valley (Wednesdays & Thursdays) and Oceanside (Mondays), and via telehealth. If you’re ready to take that first step — even if it feels uncertain — I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
